On Monday 10 December there will be a short blessing service of our new solar panels. This will take place at 9.40am in the church car park. Our archdeacon Ven. Jane Steen and our MP Helen Hayes will be attending this as well as our donors and some school children – all members of St Stephens’ welcome

Christmas Sale today in the hall after the service – jams, marmalade, cakes for sale. Next week our second sale will offer gifts as well. Contributions to this will be most welcome.
The Youth Club ‘Ignite’ continues on Friday 7th December at 7.00pm in the church hall. Please pray for our youth club as we are in need of more volunteers. If you are interested in serving in this vital ministry, please contact Emma on firstname.lastname@example.org
OUT AND ABOUT CLUB – The next outing will be to a performance of the musical ‘Kinky Boots’ on 19th December at the Adelphi Theatre.
The Ionian Singers concert at All Saints, Dulwich Saturday 8th December. Danish choral work by Lange-Müller Madonna over bølgerne; the theme of water and sea throughout the first half of the concert will include choral music and songs by Schubert, Brahms, Elgar, Stanford, Parry and Sibelius. In the second half there is some really fine advent music, some of which will be familiar but some of which will not. Tickets £13 on the door
Some highlights for Advent & Christmas:
Sunday 9th December members of the youth club and the team will be presenting a part of the main parish service at 10.00am.
Sunday 16th December at 6.00pm – Service of Lessons & Carols, sung by our own choir and the choir of ‘Dulwich Mums’ singing carols from Eastern Europe. Readers are chosen from our three local churches and from those who are working in our Community here in South Dulwich.
24th December Christmas Eve: 4.00pm Blessing of the Crib Service & 11.00pm Midnight Mass
25th December Christmas Day: 8.00am Holy Communion (BCP) and 10.00am Festival Choral Eucharist
